Amazing service from Lilia at Acorn Eltham, within a day of contacting her regarding a property we had been into view and accepted on a flat. She kept us up to date with any issues that came up and sorted everything out promptly. Great to have an agent that really cares about tenants as much as landlords and makes sure that they are well suited to each other. We had two flats to upgrade and let and so visited most of the local agents before deciding that Lilia seemed the most knowledgable, efficient and enthusiastic - with a friendly personality and 'can do' attitude which still stopped short of pushy. We chose well and have good tenants and a trouble free income. Thanks, LIlia - for you a definite 5 stars!
Sadly, we were less impressed with the repairs and maintenance section - Acorn staff and their very expensive contractors, but we were given an apology, assured that there were some staff training issues being resolved and we found our own repair people so we are still happy - but have downgraded our overall rating accordingly.

Lilia and team recently helped us find and relocate into a new property in Eltham. Lilia has been extremely kind and patient working through the deal which took slighlty longer than we all initially expected but in the end closed to satisfaction of all parties involved.

Lilia was an absoute star from the moment we got into contact with her about finding a new rental property.
