Amazing service from Lilia at Acorn Eltham, within a day of contacting her regarding a property we had been into view and accepted on a flat. She kept us up to date with any issues that came up and sorted everything out promptly. Great to have an agent that really cares about tenants as much as landlords and makes sure that they are well suited to each other. Me and my partner are extremely happy in our new home and I’m hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with acorn eltham, through renting and eventually buying!

Lilia was an absoute star from the moment we got into contact with her about finding a new rental property. We had a few specific requirements that made finding a suitable place a little more difficult than initially expected but Lilia wasted no time at all, keeping us up to date on any new availabilities and remained enthusiastic and attentive through the whole search. 110% recommend.

We've been impressed by Lilia and her approach. We were able to meet the tenants beforehand which was reassuring and communication is very good. Don't have to wait long for replies to emails/calls and they're always very courteous.
So far the accounting side of things is not up to the same level. Delay in the first month's rent then the second month was charged twice for a condition report.

Having first dealt with Lilia at my initial viewing of the property, I found her to be very likeable and extremely helpful thereafter. From the viewing to picking up the keys only took a matter of days and the entire process was quick, easy and relatively effortless. On the lookout for a new place to call home, we were so nervous about the many obstacles we thought we'd be facing. And having talked to other estate agents, who weren't exactly the friendliest, this nervousness only became worse. Until we had a chat with Lilia at Acorn! Lilia reassured all our worries, and found us a wonderful place well within our budget. She guided us through every step along the way, with honest and positive feedback. My wife and I recently brought our first property. Having contacted numerous estate agencies, who would offer us properties which were not what we were looking for, out of our budget or how cancelled viewings for no real apparent reason, we contacted Acorn Eltham about a property and spoke to Jonathan. He then suggested a property which we had not seen or considered, but met our requirements and has now become our home. Eltham Acorn and Jonathan in particular were brilliant throughout the entire process. Jonathan kept up well informed and assisted us with all of our questions. Even now that the purchase has been completed, Jonathan continues to assist us. Booked 2 viewings. I’m based in central London, so it takes me a while to travel to the location. The first viewing I had a massive clash with the agent as I was running 5 minutes late due to public transport and this 20 yo called me saying he was busy and needed to leave, and he was doing me a favour. What an attitude. The second viewing they suspended the overground, and had no way to travel, other than re-routing by changing about 3 tube lines and one train line, and the train line was badly delayed, so another major clash with the same agent. I called the branch again, spoke to the branch manager and he started lecturing me on the fact that you need to allow plenty of time to travel with London transport. Really? Because I had no idea people can teletransport if they allow enough time? It seems they are not in the business of selling properties but to show how important they are and putting potential buyers off. If I were selling a property I would avoid them, as so many buyers wouldn’t come back to do viewings with them, no matter how amazing the property could be. Also, please note that a lot of the positive reviews are quite suspicious, of people with one review each, strangely after a not so positive one to balance their lower score!
