I worked with Nathan Johnson who was one of the best agents I have come across in London. He handled my negotiation smoothly, and still remained helpful and professional when the lease did not proceed (on circumstances out of our control). His knowledge of the area is commendable and his customer service is simply outstanding. An example of this was him, after our lease had not proceeded, informing me that the house which I had paid a holding deposit on was still on the market (despite the fact that we were using another agent). He had no benefit in telling this to me, but did so on the basis of still seeing me as client, notwithstanding the fact that our business together had concluded. I would highly recommend working with him, especially in the Greenwich area, and would give him a higher rating if possible.
