Amazing service from Lilia at Acorn Eltham, within a day of contacting her regarding a property we had been into view and accepted on a flat. She kept us up to date with any issues that came up and sorted everything out promptly. Great to have an agent that really cares about tenants as much as landlords and makes sure that they are well suited to each other. Me and my partner are extremely happy in our new home and I’m hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with acorn eltham, through renting and eventually buying!

I worked mainly with Jon (Mook) but also Glenn (Maher) to sell my house and they both did a great job.
Looking at the argument of traditional high street agents versus online ones I’d recommend Acorn and these two anytime.
One of my life rules is I don’t mind paying for things - so long as I’m getting my money’s worth... and that’s exactly how I felt with these two.
Yes they’re expensive (compared to online only) but they earned their commission, they never put their foot off the gas in the process of selling my home and they did a superb job right up til the point of exchange - and hopefully now beyond too!

Adam handled the sale of our flat - he was very hard-working, gave great advice and he found a buyer quickly. Adam involved himself with all the ins and outs with the local authority and was by our side throughout. I'd recommend Acorn. Also, when our sale fell through (no fault of Acorn) the lettings department found us tenants very quickly and were very professional.

My flat was on the market for a couple of months with different estate agents when I decided to also go with Adam Gould at Acorn. He sold my flat in a couple of weeks with the help of Godefroy Herissay, who always gave me feedback from potential buyers which was very helpful. Adam is the consummate professional ; he is honest , always answered my e-mails promptly and worked tirelessly on my behalf to get the flat sold. I would definitely go with him again and highly recommend him without reserve. It is just a waste of time to go with anyone else.

Really impressed with Acorn and their Sales Team. Adam is excellent and really knows his stuff. I had other agents instructed on the property and Adam's team managed to complete a lot more viewings than their competitor and I was always informed of feedback. Would have no trouble in recommended them to others.

I am so glad that we chose Acorn to market ans sell our property in South London. The service in all areas was second to none they dealt with everything in the most professional and efficient manner possible. An added complication was that the transaction had to be largely carried out online and by telephone as I no longer live in the UK and, as I am not particularly good with new technology, I was pleasantly surprised that everything went so well. Thank you Acorn - I will certainly use you again and recommend you to everyone I know.
