I am renting a property with Acorn and have received nothing but poor service. When paying the deposit I was assured all work would be carried out that was required (loose floor boards, vomit and faeces on walls, severe mould and damp problem) before the moving date, this date came and went with no keys forcing us to stay in hotels until they finally handed over the keys.
We got into the flat and nothing had been done ,not even cleaned professionally despite being part of the fees they charge. After this the flat flooded due to a neighbour leaving taps on, and it's taken 6months for the work to be carried out to fix the damage to the bedroom.
The agency are very poor at replying to emails just get passed between people and have been unprofessional from the start.

First time letting a property through Langford Russell and they offer a fantastic service, especially compared to many of the other agents we have viewed and previously rented through. Despite issues with the property ( nothing that could be helped) Andrew regularly kept me up to date and was there to issue support and keep up fully up to date with the move.

Rented property..... when picked up keys for pre-arranged appt on day of move had to wait an hour as keys not ready, got to house plug sockets hanging off, window broken, garden a mess and told wrong info at viewing. Will never rent from them again!

We decided to put our house on the market with Langford Russell, after having it on with another company last year.
Tom arrived looking very smart, and went through the whole thing with us,
From the beginning everything was handled very professionally, they arranged and carried out all the viewings, giving us plenty of notice as to when these would be carried out
Informed us after each viewing how things were going,
We also Dealt with Courtney a very nice freindly young lady, and Robert also very nice. They've been with us from start to Finnish and have become like friends finding us a lovely couple to purchase our property
On the whole we're very pleased with how things have been handled very professional but with the human friendly touch Many Thanks to you all
