Amazing service from Lilia at Acorn Eltham, within a day of contacting her regarding a property we had been into view and accepted on a flat. She kept us up to date with any issues that came up and sorted everything out promptly. Great to have an agent that really cares about tenants as much as landlords and makes sure that they are well suited to each other. Me and my partner are extremely happy in our new home and I’m hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with acorn eltham, through renting and eventually buying!

On the lookout for a new place to call home, we were so nervous about the many obstacles we thought we'd be facing. And having talked to other estate agents, who weren't exactly the friendliest, this nervousness only became worse. Until we had a chat with Lilia at Acorn! Lilia reassured all our worries, and found us a wonderful place well within our budget. She guided us through every step along the way, with honest and positive feedback. Joy also deserves a mention, as she was really quick with the (digital) paperwork and responding to our queries. My wife and I recently brought our first property. Having contacted numerous estate agencies, who would offer us properties which were not what we were looking for, out of our budget or how cancelled viewings for no real apparent reason, we contacted Acorn Eltham about a property and spoke to Jonathan. He then suggested a property which we had not seen or considered, but met our requirements and has now become our home. Eltham Acorn and Jonathan in particular were brilliant throughout the entire process. Jonathan kept up well informed and assisted us with all of our questions. Even now that the purchase has been completed, Jonathan continues to assist us. I have rented my property with Acorn Estates for over a year and the service has been fantastic. Lilia listened very carefully to what we wanted and found us great tenants. Nicholas was on the ball throughout. He is the definition of a 'good agent' - very helpful. A bit disappointing that the back office staff didn't process pertinent paperwork as quickly as I would have liked, Nicholas was helpful and kept the lines of communication open.

This company
is the most unprofessional and worst solicitors I have ever had the misfortune to come across, clearly they need to research the meaning of “client confidentiality” and “how to use a telephone”. Calls are never returned, matters never dealt with and a blind eye is easier than facing evidence in front of you and actually doing your job properly. The solicitor dealing with our case even left her job half way through and the company didn’t think this was information we needed to be informed about. She was replaced by someone equally as talented who I assume had also not been on her “how to answer your phone or return calls” course. I hope no other human being has their time and money wasted using this company
