Latest Reviews for Acorn - Land & New Homes

Hello,

I went on the website and requested a Viewing of two flats last Tuesday 25th February (a week ago) and have not received any call or email yet.

We have experienced different issues with Acorn over the past year but how long does it normally take to get contacted for a viewing?

Wow. Well what can I say?? I don't think 5 stars is high enough for the level of gratitude i have for the Acorn group... But ESPECIALLY for Mella!!! She went above and beyond to help me get my new home! She's shown extreme dedication and professionalism from the beginning. So I am especially grateful to her for that.

Thank you to all the Acorn team and Mella for making this all possible.

Kindest Regards
Martyne

Ryan Ricketts has been our managing Agent with Acorn for two years now. He is extremely personable, always quick to deal with any issues that arise, accommodating to our needs and professional to the utmost. In fact, even when we had to give up our flat due to the owner moving back to the country, knowing how much we liked the property, was quick to find us another flat within the complex so that we did not have to leave the area we really liked. If you are thinking about looking for a place to live in London I would highly recommend Ryan. He is the best managing agent we have dealt with in London and we have dealt with a few!

Although overall I have found the service of Acorn to be good. However, I did feel poorly informed about the requirements needed for multiple agency and felt that I had not been informed of all the facts.
Daniella Apsland took over the management of my property subsequent to this happening and did her best to ensure that I was well informed throughout.

The team at Acorn Property are amazing. Excellent customer service.

Lisa Lewis is the best Property Manager we have ever come across, she is always happy to assist however she can and is incredibly prompt with responses.

We have nothing but good things to say!
Thanks, Lisa!

Amelia Dawson was nothing short of super efficient right from the start. The whole process from deposit, right through to collecting the keys to my new flat was genuinely seamless. Her customer service skills are brilliant and every single email or call was replied to quicker then i even expected. I hope Acorn appreciate what a gem of an employee she is :) thank you so much for all of your help and support.
