Franco and Kadeem were very quick to reply to any correspondence i put their way. Once we found the home we wanted to buy Franco was extremely diligent answering all my calls and emails very quickly. We were always kept in the loop and Franco ensured that our sale (via another Agent) was always on course as well as the purchase at their end. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Franco found the right place for me before it even went on the market officially. He has been excellent all along as have all the other Acorn staff from other branches. I was initially selling through Purple Bricks and reluctant to pay the additional % but I honestly don't think my house would have sold. The difference it can make if you buy and sell through the same agent is enormous and Acorn is very good at keeping the chain together without being pushy. Thoroughly recommended.
