The landlord is all nice and talkative when he shows you around his property, but I should stayed with my gut instinct after you signed he will not do no repairs on the property. He said anything wrong just let him know we sent an email to him and the work still haven’t been done after we left the property was in the property for nine months. The work still hasn’t been done. Sorry, just don’t trust him and look elsewhere.... Read more

If I could rate zero I would, I was interested in a property advertised by acorn, had a read of their t&cs stating that they allow dogs with slight extra charge, to cover cost of cleaning at end of tenancy, which is fair enough! When I rang them regarding this property I was asked if I had pets which I replied yes. I was asked what breed told them siberian husky which is fully house trained !! Was told by agent don't allow big dogs only small dogs, and this doesn't state on their website, in my view regardless what breed a dog is a dog, doesn't make any difference!!... Read more
