Well i and my wife have been renting a bungalow from acorn for about 5 weeks now I will say its needed repairs done but on contact they where always polite and helpful repairs got done quickly so far we are very happy with the professionalism I've only one quarm I'd like some sort of payment card to pay the rent shortfall but otherwise happy

I am a landlord, and live out of the area. I was recommended to try Acorn by another out of town landlord, and have been very impressed. They manage 6 properties for me, and communication is excellent. Rent comes through on time every month. Would recommend.

I live in a property of Acorns and have for 4 years. They helped me so much when i needed a house for me and my daughter, they helped with my application as it was my first time renting and i needed assistance. If i had any problems or repairs they are always helpful and keep in contact with me . I pay my rent weekly in the office and all the girls in there are friendly and helpful.

Been a landlord for over 10yrs now and a client of Acorns for 3yrs.
In my experience they are particularly strong when it comes to tenant vetting and dealing with rent arrears. After a number of disastrous experiences with other agents I have found this particularly refreshing.
Can definitely recommend.

I have been an Acorn client for 4 years (as a landlord) and they have always dealt with me me attentively at all times and work hard to get the best quote for any work, and keep my properties with as low volts as possible. Very professional and would highly recommend

I have lived in a property rented through Acorn for 10 months now and have never had any issues from them yet, when i've had complaints they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, all maintanence issues I have had have been dealt with within the time limit they have said to me and finally I have found all members of staff to be very polite.

Ive been evicted because i lost my job, I and my new employer have offered a repayment plan and they didnt want to know as i thought i would get paid from my new employer in january but missed their even bribed to leave, i dont even think my landlord is aware of this but Acorn are in for a shock, my house has a condemned gas fire, never worked all the time ive lived here, sockets in main bedroom dont work, and one ring on the cooker cuts out the electric and despite numerous emails nothing has been done...and Acorn do have complaints logged with the property ombudsman...i am in talks with them

Still waiting for my deposit back, contacted the Deposit Protection Service turns out its not even protected through them, or any other other licensed protection schemes.
*in response to the so - called owner, just look at the reviews you have recieved, by the looks of it i'me not the only one you have done this to, so your game is up you've been caught out ripping off one person too many, I hope everyone who was going to get a house from you reads these reviews and runs for the hills, you are not fit to be a letting agent and you are not fit to be in business, your business is a front for a scam and the sooner you are closed down the better.

This company is run by experienced con merchants..... Took £180 so called admin fee from me then didnt go ahead with my application, even forged a document claiming that I had signed and understood it was Non - Refundable.
Cowboys
Slimy scum in suits just look at their other reviews, its not just me they have did it to, yet they are still trading, free to scam others like they did to me.

Landlords and Tenants
DO NOT even think of going to this company and parting with your money.
The houses they have for No admin fee are pure damp rubbish
The ones they charge you £180 they back out then claim its non refundable
Has to be one of the worst letting agents going, slimy thieves in posh suits.
