We had our property on the market for several months with no luck before switching to Acorn and within a week we had an offer accepted and could purchase the property we wanted through them. We used John Payne in 2009 to purchase our flat. In 2019 we wanted to sell again and first went with a slightly cheaper estate agent but soon changed back to John Payne. They offer a very professional, friendly and efficient service, are communicative and honest. Both times it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. Finding a buyer was not easy but their professionality meant we always felt well informed on our chances and progress. Especially Chris and Claire have been excellent!
