Horrible experience. Since the beginning, they did the checks in late so it wasn’t possible to access the flat. Unprofessional and disorganised. Ages to fix furnitures and workers absolutely incompetent. Ages to give deposit back. Ages to reply to email. Completely ignored after many emails. Avoid this company.

Had a viewing scheduled for a property in the area, I started travelling to the viewing and on the way it was cancelled by Victoria Byiers - I feel this is very unprofessional and more notice should be given to not waste people’s time and money on travelling.
