It was the first time for me dealing with L&R and I have had a very positive experience. What a great team the Beckenham Branch have. I mainly dealt with Jack Cuthbert from the viewing up until the move date. What a lovely, plesent young man. Jack is extreamly professional, with a kind and polite approach. Nothing was too much bother for him and he went way and beyond to help and reassure me at times when I was having a few issues my end. I would most certainly recommend L&R and I believe Jack is a real asset to the company. A thank you to Sophie too who stepped in when Jack was out viewing.
