Scott Light was my point of contact, who was super efficient and professional from the start. Having presented the opportunity to several potential investors within 48hrs I had a promising offer on the table, this subsequently fell through due to personal circumstances of the buyer, however Scott managed to re-interest the other parties and a more than satisfactory, above valuation offer was agreed on. Throughout the process Scott kept me fully updated and was chasing the buyer and their solicitor to progress the sale within my timescales.

I chose this agency after meeting the owner who has the same name!! 11 years on they do a fantastic job looking after my portfolio, I encourage them to spend where necessary as I don’t believe in false economy and I’ve probably had 3-4 days in total of empty properties a year. Chose these guys- average prices too

Terrible service and communication. Issues with my property went unaddressed for months. High staff turnover means it's hard to figure out what's going on and we were left out of pocket by various accounting errors on several occasions.

We had previously viewed at a house through Acquire which we were outbid on and they contacted when a similar house was about to be placed on the market. Having had an offer accepted Acquire were quick to help us list our property and we accepted an offer within a week of first asking them to list it.

I can honestly say that without Louise from Acquire doing the constant chasing for us the chain would have collapsed.

I wouldn't hesitate recommend Acquire

We rented through Acquire and found them to be very helpful. The website is very good for raising issues. When raising issues through this it was resolved quickly. Acquire sorted out the gas checks promptly before we moved in. They inpected the apartment at times agreeable to us. They were fair with the deposit. I would recommend.

Avoid renting from Acquire they will keep your deposit by any means necessary. Should you be in a property already I would suggest photographing everything to avoid exaggerated claims against your deposit
