Chris from Acquire Properties Chellaston was very attentive and quick, just 1 week after applying to rent a house we had the answer and we signed the documents. It was the first time I rented a house in the UK, it was all very simple and practical with Acquire. When I had a problem with the electrical part of the house, Acquire answered me in less than 5 minutes.

Awful experience.
They messed up everything possible. Was without hot water for 2 months. Never replied to my emails. Never returned my calls. Didn't return my deposit in time. Most incompetent company I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

Had a great experience getting into my new property, Liam was especially helpful and managed to find us many properties that accepts pets and got us moved into the property only a week after viewing it. cannot recommended these guys highly enough! brilliant work and fantastic customer service!
