Scott Light was my point of contact, who was super efficient and professional from the start. Having presented the opportunity to several potential investors within 48hrs I had a promising offer on the table, this subsequently fell through due to personal circumstances of the buyer, however Scott managed to re-interest the other parties and a more than satisfactory, above valuation offer was agreed on. Throughout the process Scott kept me fully updated and was chasing the buyer and their solicitor to progress the sale within my timescales.

I chose this agency after meeting the owner who has the same name!! 11 years on they do a fantastic job looking after my portfolio, I encourage them to spend where necessary as I don’t believe in false economy and I’ve probably had 3-4 days in total of empty properties a year. Chose these guys- average prices too

Terrible service and communication. Issues with my property went unaddressed for months. High staff turnover means it's hard to figure out what's going on and we were left out of pocket by various accounting errors on several occasions.

If I could leave no stars I would! They are robbing crooks that are just after your money, we moved into one of their new build properties and when we moved out they were very rude taking off pretty much all the deposit for wear and tear in a house claiming they wanted it exactly how we moved into the property taking money off for a piece of cello tape on a light and the grass needing to be cut! It’s an absolute joke and need to be shut down!!!

We bought the property through Acquire and decided to sell through them recently ... good move! The Boss came out to value the property ... and when I asked his advice on things to do in readiness he suggested emptying the house , a deep clean and some internal and external redecoration . A few weeks later and we asked Ellie to put the house on the market. She was friendly , professional and an excellent communicator. A few weeks later and we accepted an offer ... and the sale completed last week. What a Fast and stress free experience ! Thanks Acquire ! We will come to you again in the future!
