Great service from the team at Haart, with special mention to Lee who marketed our property and found our buyer, and Stephanie who saw us through to completion. Both were highly professional, knowledgeable and prompt in responding to our queries. Their reassurance and advice was invaluable throughout the process: I would highly recommend these agents!
in the beginning they were really goof but then they couldn't be bothered to secure a property for me. 2 weeks late I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on a list of properties i gave them absolutely awful. The keep you interested on a property until the other person has paid their deposit making an excuse that we have no access however if you talk to another agent they will tell you the property is under offer. Only Jake is the helpful on there.
Wonderlease are wonderful! Such a pleasant atmosphere in the office;everyone always willing to help (we usually deal with Richard Cohen, who is knowledgeable and so personable)and so patient, particularly in a crisis. They deal with any issues calmly and professionally. Would definitely recommend!????
AVOID. I had a really bad experience with the lettings branch of this agency a few months ago. I put a holding deposit down on a flat, only to find out a few days later they'd taken holding deposits from multiple people. They attempted to draw me into a bidding war for how much rent I would pay. I know other agents to use these practices, but I feel they should be upfront about what they are doing. There are much better letting agents in Walthamstow.
I would like to say that in particular Mr. Ron Johal was amazing in supporting me and my family through a challenging process and he remained positive professional and was ever so helpful. He went above and beyond for my family and we are very grateful to him and to this company for the outstanding efforts put into providing such a caring, kind and wonderful service. It made everything less stressful having the support from Ron and I am very grateful for everything he done and will continue to do to help and support me and my family. We have decided to stay with this agency and especially with Ron in the search for our family home. Definitely 100% recommend.and also would like to add as I have had negative experience with other agencies before that me Johal has regained my faith in estate agents!
Worst experience ever. Tried to find out more about properties to rent, they just took my number and never called back. Quite arrogant staff. I would never recommend it to anyone. There are many more agencies way more helpful and more profesional than BE.
Can not recommend these guys enough truly professional service from start to finish Christopher and Georgina of the Hornchurch branch could of not been any more accommodating to our requirements highly recommended
Worst estate agent I have ever had to deal with. Abusive fees. They also charge a fee to release a reference for each tenant when moving out. Never minded to fix any problem in the house I was living in (broken radiators, bath leaking, electric problems). Staff changes constantly, so you never know who you are talking to. It has been over 4 months since house mates moved out and they haven't received their deposit back. It's not that they just had bad luck with the landlord, but they also never acted in the interest of the tenants. Watch out.
Wonderful service. Lee and Andy acted very professional throughout the probate sale of my late cousins property. There was some hurdles along the way, but these were swiftly dealt with. The communication was excellent throughout the sale, with myself, the buyer and the probate team. I would highly recommend.
I've never had such a bad experienced using an estate agents. I don't get how they have good reviews on here. One can only imagine that it's mainly friends and business associates that they've asked to give them a good review, as I thought they were truely awful and obnoxious when talking to me, even though the lady kept the pretense of a fake smile the whole time. Needless to say, I took my business to a reputable estate agents up the road, that I felt a lot more comfortable with.
HS Estates - I've stated my reasons here. In future you should treat all potential clients with the same respect that I'm sure you reserve for the well off ones.
I am in the process of looking for a house as a first buyer and King Estate is one of those agencies that are trying their best to help clients search for the 'dream house'. Raz is one of agents I work with. His care and perseverance in finding the right place helps me make the right decision. Besides the legal advice, there is the friendly side of advice which is so helpful during this process of hunting for a house called home.
Awful agents who are deceitful and underhanded. We had the unfortunate experience of trying to put an offer on a house that they had listed, and it was a total nightmare.
Before going to view the property - they forced us to meet one of their slick haired cronies in their office, and then proceeded to try and bully us into using their services even while we repeatedly told them we had our own broker and solicitors. They tried to scare us into using their services by telling us “the vendor would really prefer to sell to someone who uses our services”... absolute bollocks! It was such a pathetic and sleazy attempt at strong arming people.
After this vulgar tactic, we persisted with the offer after being able to go and view the house, which they staged to have many people viewing at the same time (on purpose I imagine).
After viewing the house and putting an offer down, we were pushed into a bidding war by the agent who actually said “someone had put on £10k more” - which is completely illegal. After pushing our offer up by £35,000 we decided we would drop out of the sale and forget about the house - but only after asking for confirmation that the sleazy agent had in fact put forward every one of our offers as he is legally obliged to do. And to my utter lack of surprise, he had only come back to me with confirmation that he had put forward 2 of the 3 offers, and only by way of him writing that to me - not by way of transcript of receipted email.
We have since found a beautiful home to buy around 9 months after this horrible ordeal - and throughout those months of looking at around 50 houses we have seen a few that were listed with Kings Group - and made a firm decision that there is simply no chance we would ever put an offer down on a house listed by these criminals.
