Used to be a high quality service, and now it's rubbish. Their helpline is not responsive, emails are often ignored or attended with delays. The building has lots if issued, lived on 19 and 31at floorbwith no elevators for two months and they resisted giving aby discount or compensation. Hobs are in constant issues of not turning on, dishwasher is broken now and donnot receive any details frok company management. Service is complete rubbish.
