Absolutely horrendous. Let's just say that they are happily leaving a pregnant tenant with a young son with NO water, as there is a leak they are refusing to fix. Water is flowing freely through kitchen light sockets, and tenant has been told not to use water untill it's fixed. Bottom floor wet throughout, tenant distressed and completely ignored, and cannot shower wash up or turn on the stop clock for anything at all, as per ad,s instructions. But fixing or resolving it is apparently not something they are going do.

A D estates are negligent, rude, arrogant, unhelpful, and lacking any moral compass to allow a pregnant mum to live in these conditions, despite her having reported the leak over 6 months ago, and most recently this week as it continues to get worse and more dangerous by the day.
AVOID this agency, as it is a tenants and therefore landlords worst nightmare.

I was stupid or blind when i make an contract with this agency . DO NOT expect to take the deposit back from them . Horrible agency . 100% i DO NOT reccomand them

Horrible agency I ever dealt with, when I wanted to renew my tenancy agreement, Aaron asked for £250 admin fees and there was absolutely no change in the terms and conditions, it was simply a matter of printing the same agreement but with different dates. We stopped using him and instead dealt with the Landlord himself for almost 10 years now.
We wanted to release the deposit which we had paid the Agent to not avail because the Agent claimed that we have not paid rent to the landlord so he can take the deposit to himself. Luckily I had receipt of all my rent payment to the landlord which I proved to the deposit protection department, otherwise the agency and specifically Aaron wanted to fraudulently take that deposit money to himself.
Whatever you do, make sure you do not deal with them.

Absolutely appalling business! Would stay well clear of them!
Having been requested to undertake cleaning to one of their properties we arrived to there being no running hot water or electricity. I was explicitly clear to the agent that we could not do our job properly due to their being no running hot water and electricity. The agent agreed it was not our fault as this is a basic requirement we need from all our customers. The works were conducted to the best given the circumstances.
After completing the job and sending through the invoice for the agreed cost I had no response. After being continuously ignored for a few months, I eventually received an email saying they would not pay the full amount. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and basically having had enough and wanting to draw a line under it all we agreed a reduced amount.
I was advised by Aman that this would be paid straight away. I chased for payments for weeks on end and each time got told by him it would be paid. This was more than 7 months ago and I did not get paid and I feel Aman never had any intention of paying in the first place.
Completely unprofessional company which is very poorly managed. I would not recommend these guys to anyone!

The worst agency I ever met.They arranged viewings of the house which was already sold by other agencies and they knew about it. . I do not recommend a waste of time.
