Moved out two months ago or so. This company absolutely does not care about the well being if its tenants. The constant rent increases are sickening. The property that was posted was completely misrepresented. I was shocked at just how awful the place was compared to the pictures that were posted. Plus they tried to extract more rent from me for "insufficient rental history" even though I had great history from a place that I was in for 8 years. Stay away from this company - anything else is better.... Read more

Adderstone team worked really hard to get us into our new offices on time and during difficult covid restrictions. The Baker's Yard site offered us better space and allowed us to tailor the layout to our needs. The office sets us up in a good position for our future growth. No build is without issues but the Adderstone team is quick to respond and react positively to fix any concerns.... Read more
