The Leasing Company were very professional, fun to work with and had the best interests of the folks moving in and those of the Landlord in mind. Everything was a very smooth process and VERY transparent. No hidden fees, everything was clear and in black and white terms. I have been thrilled with Adore. I have had my property let through them over a number years whilst working abroad. They inspect and communicate regularly, their rates and handyman charges are reasonable and I feel that my house is in good hands. Joe and Kyle in particular provided an outstanding service. Brilliant service from Joe, helped us get some fixtures sorted in our house resolved. Brand new doors were fitted a month after we went in. Absolutely atrocious service- kyle Hopkins one of the worst letting agents you could possibly imagine. No help whatsoever with extremely little communication. We were absolutely over the moon with a house my friends and I saw to rent we said we would take it and he explained we would have to wait till the morning. Once the morning came we rung (no answer) when we finally got through we were told that we would get a call a few hours later. That call didn't come and we had to call back again, left a voicemail and another gentleman called me back and explained that the landlady was in the Philippines on business so we would have to wait due to this and because of time difference. We were then told to call back in the morning because another group were interested as well and the landlady would have to choose between us even with no details they had on us, didn't know our age or our occupations.Called back in the morning (no answer) Kyle advised Shelby that he would be in touch, I then called to ask the same we would hear by the end of the day. We checked the times that it was in the Philippines just so happened it had turned 9.00pm at night so you would think the landlady had a reasonably amount of time to get in touch. I then rung again at 3.00pm to be told that the landlady had decided to go with the other group because they were older and because they have a dog so it would be accessible for them and they could use the park as a facility. However we were the first ones to want it and put the money down. So we were outdone by time difference and a mongrel, who knows this might have been the case if pigs flew? I would suggest no one ever uses this letting agency absolutely terrible service! good bye for now off to the Philippines!... Read more

In the ten years that I have been renting properties in Cardiff I have (sometimes unfortunately) had to deal with many different letting agencies and their employees. I can honestly say however that Adore Cardiff have been the absolute best of them all; the Landlord himself was open and obliging and Kyle & Joe from the Adore office were both fantastic to deal with- gracious and accommodating at every turn. I could not have wished for a friendlier and more compassionate service regarding my flat and I always knew that if a problem did arise in the property that it would be fixed quickly and efficiently without any fuss. It goes without saying that that kind of assurance means a lot to renters like myself. I can also addwith certainty that Adore will most definitely be my first port of call when I next move addresses and can't thank them enough for their first class service.... Read more

My family and I recently moved from the US to Cardiff. There is no doubt that Joe and Kyle from Adore are the most trustworthy, down-to-earth, and most professional estate agents we have ever worked with. We moved quite a bit in the last ten years and usually dread talking to various estate agents to find the right place to live. However, Joe and Kyle from Adore Cardiff are indeed very different and I wish we could rent/ buy our future properties from Adore. Moving overseas is always a big hassle but Joe was very quick and kind in communicating between us and the landlord, and he was very understanding for all our various questions we had. This made the whole move very easy. On the move-in date, we were very impressed about the detailed inspection list (including pictures) that Adore has provided. With Adore, it is all very much of peace of mind and hassle-free. As other reviews said already, I also can highly recommend Adore Cardiff!!!... Read more

The service we received from this agency was 110% awesome. Joe has gone above and beyond to try and make us happy and we will miss him dearly. He has proved time and time again that not all agents are the same. He is down to earth and I really wish I could have him as an agent for the rest of my life! Joe was fantastic when a bad accident meant I had to let out a property I had recently bought to move into myself. He took care of everything and made a very stressful situation so much easier for me. Joe kept in regular contact and I couldn't have asked for a better service. I recently decided to sell the property and again Joe was great and the sale went through very quickly and sold on the first viewing for full asking price. I would highly recommend using Adore!... I've rented about 10 different properties over the last 10 years, in both London and Cardiff, and Adore have been the best property agents to deal with by far. Quick to respond to any issues, fair with their approach, and they don't charge a fortune in admin fees or add unnecessary charges to things. If you're looking to rent, have no reservations about renting from these guys, they're great.... Read more
