I reached out to ADS Homes, for any help or advice they could provide. Today I received a call, from a very warm and friendly voice at the other end. Saying his name was Alvin. Wow infact WOW. To say I came off the call with a smile and feeling positive , would be a understatement. It was really what I needed and wanted at this most difficult time of my life. "Why !?" I hear you ask. Well let me explain!! Alvin’s knowledge is out of this world. He went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood everything he was telling me. So yes excellent communication Skills. The professional and in-depth information Alvin gave me, wow things I would never even of thought of he knew and explained to me especially as I am at the most difficult time of my life so far. Hi 2 weeks after giving birth to my son there was a fire in my house. And we got put in horrible temporary accommodation. And then out of the blue I get a phone call from Alvin saying he has a flat for us to look at. And I'm like wow oh my god really. He wasn't just trying to tic all of his boxes and pass the paperwork onto someone else. He really did go above and beyond to help me go and see this place. He was so amazing. I cannot put into words what he has done for me and my son. We move into our new flat in 8 days. Do not use this agent! Worst experience of renting I have ever had was with ADS Homes - unreturned deposit with no explanation, completely unresponsive about repairs, and agents who are misleading and unhelpful. The fact that my experience differs so markedly from many of the other reviewers' on here makes me highly suspicious that these are genuine.... Read more

Alvin has gone above and beyond in my experience with ADS Homes Property & Mortgage Solutions. I was facing homelessness with a young baby which was extremely stressful. Alvin provided professional indepth information and has extensive knowledge in regards to housing and the council system. Alvin has proved to be reliable, honest and thorough in his support, all of which the council has failed to do!
