I was a tenant in a shared home managed by Advancing Property for about two years, and I can quite confidently say that they've provided a very good service throughout my stay. They have always responded to any house issues rapidly, always been available and friendly, and carried out the whole process of moving in and out quickly and efficiently. We are first time buyers and have recently bought a property via Luigi at advancing property. I cannot put into words how fantastic luigi was. Considering he wasn't working for us, he gave us quotes for solicitors and home buyer surveys. He chased our mortgage company for us. He even helped with our buildings and contents insurance as we had no idea what we were doing! Nothing was too much trouble. I could've rang him at any time and he would've answered and helped us.
