I have recently purchased our house through Advancing Property. The team were very helpful, supportive and professional.

We've been tenants via Advancing Property for a year and they have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Bedford.

They've been quick to deal with and fix any minor issues we've had - even back in November when we had trouble with our heating and Garry came out late on a Friday evening to help us sort it.

Gemma was an amazing point of contact too - always responding quickly and has been so helpful.

Such a shame that we couldn't use them for the new property we've just moved to.

Purchased my second property from Advancing 30/4/20. Advancing on both occasions have been terrific, Luigi has been magnificent, approachable, cooperative.

From the very first phone call Luigi was very thorough , he even showed how the appliances work , his interpretation is excellent , very humble person. He was never pushy , always said “when your ready sir” , his very knowledgeable, Luigi however is very prompt with his answers .

I had to take time to decide whether to purchase now or 6 months later , Luigi said “you have to do what is best for your family” this shows being a salesman or getting the sale over the line was not the most important thing for him but what is best for me . Very good morals !

Advancing should try to keep Luigi and tie him down to a better contract , trust me he goes the extra mile , i hardly did anything he communicated to seller & buyer solicitors and interpreted everything i wanted done .

I will be recommending Advancing , but Advancing need to keep hold of this young man , he will bring in more customers thorough the door . Luigi wrote down and also sent me a text message about the appliances i.e main switch etc even after the sale Luigi definitely has mechanical knowledge .

I was a tenant in a shared home managed by Advancing Property for about two years, and I can quite confidently say that they've provided a very good service throughout my stay. They have always responded to any house issues rapidly, always been available and friendly, and carried out the whole process of moving in and out quickly and efficiently. Never a single negative interaction, which is very reassuring for a renter!
