The estate agency was under the name Royce in the same premises but still belongs to the same man (Josh Kandal). I used to rent my property through them (full management). It was the worst nightmare in my life, not passing the rent for many months and it was a struggle to get my property back. Not professional at all. Please avoid them.... Read more

I have very bad experience of affinity this company use to called Royce astate egent but because of the bad reputation and not paying tenant deposits the change company name and registration number but the owner is the same josh kandal they didn't repay my deposit and half month rent I disputed before judge make his decision the owner of this company charge company number they unnecessarily accusing me that I damaged their property they are ridiculous cheating people now I'm going to publish in newspapers and some other media...
