Absolutely disgraceful service. We live in an overcrowded house with an oven that has been broken for over a month, leaving us with 3 working hobbs and a microwave to accommodate more than 10 people. After trying to make contact via email, nothing has been done regarding this. After a phone call I have just had, they basically told me I was incorrect and a handy man fixed it, whilst I was standing in front of an oven that doesn't work. The lady on the phone was rude and I never actually know who I'm speaking with. We have a single waste bin outside to dispose of our rubbish, a faulty door lock that no one has bothered to fix. AGP Properties has been the best Lettings Agency i have been in touch with. Me and my partner was searching for a flat for 3 months in which we didn't have much luck with finding one of both good quality and price.
