Had cause to make an enquiry recently. Was very impressed with the friendly approach and genuine desire to ensure my enquiry was answered correctly. Didn’t mind waiting till next day for a confirmed answer to my query, knowing the the contact in their office, who dealt with my enquiry, was working on it to ensure the information she gave me was actually correct. This is important and often lacking with other agencies- honesty and clarity as opposed to a quick talking sales response. Followed up with a chat with Andrew (Aitchison) and I felt confident knowing the info I had received was not only right, but was from a company with “on the ground” knowledge of the local area/ property market and with a genuine care to look after its customers. ????... Polite and friendly staff, however understaffed and mainly lacking experience, several viewing emails sent to me in error, timings incorrect, poor communication. Rarely able to show buyer round home, always had to use family members to do so when I was at work or do myself when home. Provided zero help with an issue over RADON levels, even though I asked multiple times. Genuinely disappointed overall.... Read more

The fee charged was very fair and transparent, with no added extra costs like some similar companies. Alana and Jodie were so friendly and helpful.
