The worse agency we ever used. We had a plumbing emergency - they didnt pick up the phone and ending up paying half of the bill. Not responsive on many other occasions. Most of their contractors are not top notch either i.e. forgot to turn the gas back on; blocked the boiler pipe in the winter to we could not have heating or hot water. The last guy they sent came to check the electricity and took three pictures of the interior all in under 5 minutes, which means that our electrics were checked thoroughly and the 6 months property visit was completed.

I bought through Alan Ives three or so years ago and was so impressed with their v personal and professional service that when it came to renting the property I immediately turned to them and have never regretted it. I was dubious having been with other terrible and utterly useless agents but am happy to report that Alan Ives is such a different experience with truly helpful agents offering quick solutions to any questions or queries. A great team - thank you all.
