Alan Ives have been managing my rental property very efficiently and helpfully for several years now and I have pulled my other rental property from another local agent to move it into their care. The contrast couldn’t be greater - the whole team are friendly and responsive. Kerry particularly is super helpful, thinking of things I wouldn’t and generally taking anything required to move forward, from me quickly and effectively. What a turn around since Alan Ives management has been replaced not only for us as a landlord but also our tenants who were being badly let down by the previous management!
Sean (who I've met during a refurbishment of a property) and Kerry have been great at overseeing and dealing with matter's as they occur.
