I had a very poor experience renting with Alan Ives.
Biggest gripes being as follows:-
1- The poor quality of the accomodation.
2- When moving into the property, it clearly hadn't been cleaned, there was a piece of rotting meat in the freezer and a used sanitary towel stuck to the bedroom floor. Also both the oven and microwave were broken.
3-When asking for things to be fixed in the property and being re-assured that they would be, they either never were or it took forever and numerous phone calls and emails to make it happen.
4- When repairs were agreed, appointments for repairs were either cancelled or the handy man was late. This happened on more then one occasion.
5-The poor quality of the staff, they were clueless.
6-The extortionate and unjustified amount of money they tried to take out of my deposit when I had moved out.

The only positive is the property was fairly cheap to rent in comparison to other places in London, but still extremely overpriced for the state of the property.
I would advise to be very cautious when considering renting with Alan Ives, especially if you are looking for a long term rental. They may be bearable if you are looking for something short term though, due to their affordability.
Please note I'm sure my review will be written off by a staff member and I'll be labelled as a terrible tenant like the above reviewer, it would make business sense to do so to be fair. But believe me, the above is true! Please beware.
