Would like to give Alan Ives massive thanks for looking after our property.
They look after landlords and tenants with a great deal of personal care. Trustworthy, courteous, great communication, speedy response, deal with problems straight away and competitive rates compared to other managing agents which is very important for landlords to make their investment worth while.
Tenants never complain about them, which is very important for us too.
