I have both bought and rented property through Ellis and Co Mill Hill. I had a rental property which was managed by Joe Kalmus for over 10 years. Joe is the ultimate professional and ensured that I always had quality professionals as tenants. All aspects of the management were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ellis and Co whether it is to sell , buy or rent a property. It has been absolute pleasure dealing with them.
Also for all the advice and recommendations that you have provided me, I thank you.
Friendly team and very helpful with all parts of the sale. Thanks guys!
Many thanks to Daryl, haart agent in Harrow for his hard work in helping us to buy our property.
You made the whole process very easy and your charismatic customer service was absolutely fantastic, approachable and friendly.
Also I will like to say a big thank you to
all your colleagues in welcoming me on my first visit to your office.
Always keep the smile on Daryl as it helps cheers someone up in time of stress.
Wishing you all the best.

Really REALLY poor form from this estate agent. After a viewing a property last Thursday we investigated the market and emailed Haart's representative, one Mr. Wais Dawlazie, with our carefully considered offer on the afternoon of Friday 29th September.
With no answer three days later I went onto Haart's website chatroom and was told by someone called "Chloe" that "my manager Mr Dawlazie" was in fact called "Qais", not "Wais", and had misspelt his own name and email address in his communications to us not once but three times, hence the absence of a response to my email. She added that such misspelling can happen easily. Then she said she didn't work in his office and couldn't reach him. So how was he "her manager" then?
I called his office today (Monday morning) and he confirmed that his name really was Wais (NOT as young Chloe insisted then) and that following our offer last Friday, sent from my email address, his reaction was to call my partner instead to discuss the matter. He left her a voicemail promising to call her back on Saturday but didn't, and on Monday (today) claimed he had been too busy to call back on Saturday. Really? An estate agent is too busy to pursue an offer from a buyer? Too busy to start the negotiation and sale process??
He then told me today that all offers would have to be qualified first by his mortgage adviser, one Mohit Mehra, and this at the seller's EXPRESS REQUEST as "they have been stung in the past". Strange for a property that has only been for sale for three weeks - not much time to get stung there. Stranger still that a private seller would ask an estate agent to give a buyer - who already has a mortgage arranged elsewhere - mortgage advice as a means to validate an offer on their property.
Meanwhile today my partner pointed out to Mr Dawlazie the open house event scheduled for the house of interest on 7th October, this coming weekend. He denied this fact vehemently, insisting the open house in fact took place on 30th September and asked my partner what made her think the event had yet to happen. She directed him to his (and Haart's) own website where the property's open house event is clearly marked for 7th October.
After emailing to ask why we needed to meet his mortgage adviser when we weren't seeking any kind of financial advice from Haart or its partners, I called Mr Dawlazie again to ask why he felt this meeting was necessary and told him in no uncertain terms that I wasn't going to waste my time with it. Without a word of argument he promised that he had already passed our offer to the seller and would not need us to present ourselves before his mortgage adviser after all. Quite the opposite message to that which he had given my partner only a few minutes earlier.
Mr Dawlazie takes a very different approach with my partner compared to me. Later today he called her again, repeating his words in a subsequent email written as poorly as his speech was incoherent and mumbling, to express his disappointment at our offer. He mentioned both on the phone and in his email that Haart had after all just sold another house on the same street for £550,000, some £50,000 above the asking price for the house on which we had made our offer.
Were we supposed to know this amazing fact? Does he think all houses on this street are identical and to be sold for the same price? Is this why he thinks we should increase our offer? What a STUPID comment to make to a prospective buyer. Perhaps Mr Dawlazie was looking for a round of applause. Maybe he learned his negotiation skills in kindergarten last week but I'm afraid I'm no longer interested in dealing with this raving, educationally subnormal estate agent. Chances are he never even passed our offer to the house's current owners as promised.
My sympathies to the poor sellers of the property concerned - at this rate they will be lucky if Haart manages to bring any buyers whatsoever to the negotiating table.
ABC take care of all of my service charges, ground rent and expenses. I even get a detailed statement every month, love how they keep me informed and up to date frequently.
Terrible people, won a case against them through The Property Ombudsman but still wouldn't pay the compensation. When I contacted them again they said that the people I was dealing with had gone into liquidation and that even they are trading on the same name they have nothing to do with the ones that were running the company. Only crooks do these kind of things.
The team of Alex Crown is extremely helpful during the whole process. They answered promptly any question I had and made sure everything went well. I would highly recommend. They are truly a great estate agent with friendly staffs and outstanding management.
Unprofessional. To sum up: we agreed a rental, we paid the deposit + all documents and went to the office to sign the contract. Then they said the rental was raised from our previous written agreement (I have all the emails).
Never trust them even if you have a written agreement through email.
Ah, funny fact is that I was paying from another currency and the interests were charged on me twice because the cheap agency refunded a total of what they received, so I had to pay the change also for their refund after their mistake. Miserable.
I am with The Property Shop for over 5years. Excellent service and very professional staff. Very friendly and helpful. When washing mashine was broke it was replaced same day.
Terrible and rude staff. I booked a viewing at 12 and drove for half an hour but the agent was not there and after calling him 3 times he said he was at the meeting and forgot the appointment!!! The only thing he could say was to book another appointment which I declined
I have rented from Cosway Estate twice and have dealt with Jeremy on both occasions, I have to say it was a real pleasure working with him, communication was great, everything went smoothly and all my requests were sorted in no time. I would definitely recommend both the agency and Jeremy, he was great.
Thank you for my new home.
Lied to me several times on serious key issues - dates, chain, etc - during the purchase process, and then failed to answer any subsequent correspondence since completion.
I will put my other properties though other agents.
