Hlo this is Charishma and I have great experience with Bryants estate as they helped me a lot in finding my house and I finally found a 4 bhk house in Beckton with good furniture, Garden spacing and with good environment in the surrounding.

Horrible agency!! Please avoid them. They keep harassing my family! We will be calling police as they keep sending emails with arrears, massive sum! We dont even have a contract with them! Awful causing us a lot of stress.

Asma managed my property for 6 years, with long-term tenants. Once the tenants vacated in July 2021, Albany was unable to secure new tenants for 3 months. When I went out to the property myself, we found it in a terrible state - which means the regular inspection reports were inaccurate. And of course, noone wants to rent a house in that state. The house needed full internal & external maintenance. This included painting, new bathtub, tiles to be fixed, replace light fittings, window coverings, cupboard doors, window handles, back door handle. Outside, trees were massively overgrown, the front garden had things dumped, with grass ruined, and the decking in the back yard was completely broken & a health & safety hazard. A small selection of what needed to be done to bring the property up to standard was only communicated to us after 2.5 months of the property being vacant. When I saw the property myself, I requested our keys be returned as I was changing agents - this took more than 2 weeks & multiple phone calls from me to get our keys back.
They had dropped the rental amount to try to rent it out. While we had secured new tenants at market rate with the revamped property, they were still advertising the property at a reduced rate, causing issues with our new tenants.
It is now 4 months & the damage deposit has still not been returned. They are now completely unresponsive to emails & voice messages, with no answer at the Plaistow office.
I have never encountered such behaviour for paid (or unpaid!) services. If I could rate this a negative, I would. People working in this office should be ashamed of themselves.

Asma Khan At albany is by far the best person to deal with if you have an issue. she has been my managing agent for the past 3 years and has always been responsive, productive and highly professional.
she is well equipped at giving the best advice and makes sure all rent is paid on time and effectively. i receive a tenant within 1 working day the property is advertised online and would strongly recommend her to friends and family

Albany have managed my properties for me since 2011, they are very professional and trust worthy. I have had other agents manage properties in areas that Albany do not cover and there's literally no comparison with the service. Their branch in Plaistow they are genuinely good people that care about your property. I highly recommend Albany for both management and lettings.

I can’t believe they can be so fake.They used my name with a fake email screen shot. So I am guessing all the screenshots are fake. They are fully aware that they are getting bad google reviews day by day and now they started creating fake reviews.
I had a really bad experience with them.
They provide shocking service. Totally disgusting behaviour

Ever wondered why Albany got such a bad name? Well here's the reason. They will not listen to you, they will not select and curate a viewing list based on your criteria, they will simply show you everything on their books. Even when they don't have the keys, or when the owner is out of the country they will still insist on wasting your time and showing you the outside, for whatever reason. Fortunately not all are like this. And there are several independent agents in the area who actually do their job with integrity and intelligence.
