Albury & Hall were fantastic when it came to selling my house and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They were the second agent I tried in Wareham and provided a far more proactive service, trying different approaches to get people through the door rather than just suggesting price cuts as many do. They gained a good level of interest on quite a specialist property, agreed a strong price but then most importantly chased and communicated regularly to ensure the sale progressed to completion.

Sadly I would not recommend this estate agency, unless your property is an easy sell with little to no work involved you will struggle to get any service from this company. Property listed for 5 months, no viewings and virtually no updates in that time...appreciate COVID had a big impact but to not even be kept in touch with isn’t good enough. Promised property to be advertised in local paper and that didn’t happen, property not even showing on Rightmove for the duration it was listed with them. There are far better companies to list with in the local area so I very much recommend you do so and not waste your time with Albury & Hall.
