Please stay away from them if you are a tenant. They suck up for the landlord and would do anything, even faking and fabricating evidence if that benefits them. I'm speaking from experience and giving you a tip before you use their service, STAY AWAY

A gem of a pub, tucked away in a pretty little village, best when the tide is in, the reflections on the water looking towards Plymouth are wonderful. Friendly staff, good ales and attractive interior with log burning stove. Lovely garden to enjoy the sun and views.

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS FIRM. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT RIP ME OFF. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR CONTRACT. I HAD AN OFFICE AT CASTLE GATE BUSINESS PARK THE OFFICE I HAD WAS ALREADY RUN DOWN. IN THERE CONTRACT IT SAID I HAD TO REFURBISH THE PROPERTY WHEN I LEFT. IT HAS COST ME £3500 TO REFURBISH A PROPERTY THAT WAS IN BAD SHAPE ALREADY. TO TOP IT OFF ALDER KING SENT ME A FURTHER BILL OF £1200 FOR THEM TO CHECK ON THE WORK CARRIED OUT.
