Rented a flat from Alex Crown, was supposed to stay for a year but ended up staying 3years, decent lettings agency and super quick response on maintenance issues. Also had no issues with deposit return. Juelz was very helpful throughout my stay so ask for him when renting.

We worked with Rahman and Yovin from the sales department and they were both fantastic with us. We sold our property in Higham Road, Tottenham, N17. They were very professional and timely. They took some excellent pictures and marketed the property at the right price. They communicated efficiently and updated us regularly. Given the difficult property market we are in, they did an amazing job in getting the property sold for a price we were happy with. I would definitely use them again and if I were to sell my current home, I know exactly who I am using. Thank you gents, I wish you all the best.

I rented with Alex Crown for a year and a half, and couldn't have had a better Estate agency that bears their tenants in mind. They get things sorted quickly, very responsive and easy to talk to, and all round pleasant.

Ziaur, provides support and assistance above par as needed. Very accommodating, very helpful, and prompt to respond to queries and concerns. Provide information to make the best decision. Assures the tenants receive adequate and sufficient support.

Property left with rotting broken furniture, mattresses stained with god knows what, multiple gas leaks, Alex crown very rude when phoned or contacted. Took too many calls to get things sorted. Absolutely ridiculous

Very questionable agency - recently looked at one of their online listings for a rental property in SE London and immediately noticed the heavily edited images of the walls, flooring and radiators. In numerous photographs, the radiators look to be completely montaged in.
This would be laughable if it weren’t such a sad reflection of the London rental market.

The best estate agents.. I have 2 of my properties let via Alex crown , and I have been using them very happily for last 10 years . The management (Mr Juels) and the staff are extremely experienced and have knowledge of the industry . All issues and matters always dealt with . Very reasonable priced. My property is never empty as they get it tenanted straight away with good tenants. Special thanks to Mr Akif , Ziaur in the lettings team for all the help ..
