I have been letting a flat for the past year and a half with Alex Neil and just wanted to leave a review. They have been very helpful, always responding to emails and calls efficiently and liaising in a timely manner with contractors to help us get the best out of our flat. As a flat we have really been able to depend on Lucia especially to help us out. I would recommend Alex Neil as a letting agency and look forward to using their assistance again if needed when searching for future properties.

Shaun was super attentive and proved to be reliable, he arranged me a good quality property, and it was decisive to convince me to rent the apartment, as he told me upon my arrival in London "this is the type of apartment which I recommended to my best friend". I followed his advice and in fact the Agency Alex Nei has the best apartments (relation price / quality) of the east zone! I strongly recommend them to any person! Excellent professionals, helpful staff.

There are a few things that are a given in life - taxes, death, and working with estate agents. Thankfully, dealing with Alex Neil is much better than the first two. I've rented through the company for 4 years now and always been impressed with the level of service and speedyness of responses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any rental needs.

For example, they sent a plumber within a couple of days of informing them about a problem with our boiler. Props to the Property Management, for making my tenancy fairly smooth.
