Recently sold my flat with the assistance of Alex Neil. Achieved a good offer within two weeks of listing with themselves, after wasting 3 months listing with another agent. They kept the process moving throughout the proceedings. Selling a leasehold flat is complex, however they understand it well and how to mitigate against issues arising. Credit to Calli Archard for overseeing the whole process.

My Experience with Alex Neil was great. Calli was my agent and she supported me from the start till the end of the journey. She is always been very professional, kind and emphatic, I could not have asked for better. As a first time buyer I was scared but she showed me house that were very close to what I was looking for and in my budget and in the first view I actually pick one of the house she showed me. If in the future I’ll need to buy or sell I will definitely use them! Super recommended!

Awful! Avoid! Any landlord should avoid this agency. Rip off renewal fee for existing tenant. Over £1000 for 1year for 1 bed flat. When any other agency would charge £200-£300. Unprofessional team. Always referring to their terms and conditions which it’s impossible to understand ( even for our solicitor) Don’t make our mistake. Go somewhere else!!!!

Great service by Calli & Tom. They found a buyer for my flat in after 79 days. I had the additional complication of selling a shared ownership flat so had to deal with a third party and Calli managed the relationship with the buyer really well while we were waiting for the conveyancing admin to be completed. I would recommend Alex Neil over the other agents that I tried to sell with previously.

We received incredible service from Tom and Calli. A very tricky flat sale situation, including the pulling out of several buyers - no fault of Alex Neil's - meant that we worked with them for a prolonged period over the course of 2022 and 2023. Throughout this time both were incredibly professional, organised, and efficient. From booking regular viewings to liaising with various parties and overseeing the final sale, they were both excellent at keeping us up-to-date and moving things along. Without their involvement the process would have been far more complex, frustrating, and drawn out, and I cannot thank them enough for their help!
