This conveyance was fraught with difficulties and several changes of personnel in the buyer's solicitor resulting in a protracted period to completion. Georgia and colleagues really made a difference for us as they constantly monitored progress to keep the other parties on track. Georgia's judgement and timing (when to push and when to let things breathe) was impeccable and quietly authoritative. Georgia made a very frustrating process less waring keeping us informed, calm and positive - including when our frustration with the buyer's solicitor sometimes showed. We cannot speak more highly of their work ethic and utter professionalism - we made the perfect choice and we thank them sincerely.
