Having dealt with many estate agencies over the years in buying and selling properties, I can honestly say that the service we recently received from Alex Neil has been by far the most professional and impressive by far. We were particularly taken with the very warm and friendly manner of Harry Neal, the Assistant Manager. Harry made an otherwise stressful process a lot of fun and was happy to meet us for repeat viewings, measurements etc. purely at our convenience. I highly recommend dealings with this company.

I can't really say anything good about this company. It all started when I put a rent offer on a flat. As I am self employed, one of the documents they requested was a letter from my accountants OR bank statements of my business account. I provided the later as it was free of charge, however, they insisted they needed the letter, even though I told them i my accountant wouldn't provide the letter for free and it would take up to 10 days for the letter to be produced. I paid £80 to my accountants, but the letter wasn't ready the day before of the beginning of tenancy. Magically, my application was approved without the letter, which means I wasted £80 pounds. We then collected the keys when we figured out none of the repairs AGREED AS ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA have been met. It's been FOUR MONTHS since we moved in and the repairs haven't been done. My baby roasted during all summer in a small bedroom which the window is jammed - he also had breathing issues because of mold all over the place. We have now chill season coming upon us and the heating unit is detached of the wall since the day we visited the flat. After constant chasing to the property management team, I emailed the head office but they simply ignored my email. All I can say is: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR WELL BEING.
