Awful awful awful.

I didn't know that we could be treated in such a foul way by a 'professional estate agents'. One of the owners, David, was horrible person to deal with. He was continuously rude and obnoxious to us. We had an offer accepted on our house, yet he refused to take it off the market until we went through the whole mortgage process, and received our money from Santander. This put so much stress on us and our money was constantly at risk when carrying out surveys. They continued to show people around the house, and carried on accepting offers, despite our offer being accepted.

David even refused to pass on our first offer to the vendor - which is illegal.

David recorded videos of himself downstairs in the kitchen of the house we were looking at, insulted us on the videos and uploaded them to his Facebook page.

We continually cried, was stressed out and hated every second of going through the purchase. I want to warn everyone to tread VERY carefully.

Careful if your selling through these guys, they will over value your property,keep it on the market for months and then tell you reduce by a very large amount,all this is done as the agent has already taken a back hander from a buyer,inflate the price so no other offers are coming in AVOID

I have had the most dreadful and worst first time buying experience with this small shabby estate agents i will not be interested in investing or dealing with these phoneys i had an offer accepted from Mr David Simms in regards to a property i was interested in only to find out that my offer was given away because Mr Simms favours other buyers this in whole is unacceptable unprofessional behaviour from management but to put it blatantly i think withdrawing a property from an accepted offer only seems to be one answer (BACKHANDERS)

Very disappointing for starters they kept getting my name wrong, kept contacting them to correct but still receive emails with incorrect name. Also said they would call me never have done. Im def not interested in the property anymore due to this company

terrible, from agent who viewed us the property, to the people who manage selling, if you have placed your offer on a property and are awaiting for a small period of time for current property survey etc to be done, they will still allow others to view other property and sell to them, this happened to me twice!!!, all they want is to sell the property quick to anyone( before seller advertises to another company then they loose out on there fees), be it there mortgage goes through or not they will just mess you around.

my current estate agent if anyone inquires about my property its classed as sold, even tough the paperwork surveys are on going, unlike alex smith. AVOID!!
