He works outside the hours needed to help the client and to get contracts exchanged, goes through complex documents and always has a solution. Even though it was a long process he kept professional and communicated clearly within a long chain and kept us communicating together, his management skills were clear and the chain wouldn't have exchanged without him at the top. Absolutely fantastic estate agents all round, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Alice has been amazing and recently helped me get my leaking tap back up and running. With her communication to the landlord and plumbers it was back up and running in just 8 hours. Brilliant service and a great team ????

Total ripoff merchants. Tenant contracts only have break clauses included if you insist on one being written in. Hartwells are here purely to work on behalf of the landlords, the hidden charges are disgusting and will be served at you on every turn.
Unprofessional and poor customer service.

If you want to be treated like rubbish and a private bank to be taken advantage of then use Hartwells.

If you have any sense walk away now!
