Agents often have a bad reputation but not this one if you want the best Agent speak to Matt Wood. Could not fault his professionalism and attitude, said he would sell my house when other agents could't and at a price that was above my expectations. If you want someone who is as I said professional and engaging then this is your man. I will have no hesitation in recommending your 1st class services to family and friends

We've been tenants of a property managed by Hartwells (now A&Co) for over 4 years now. The service received has been 2nd to none.
We've had some issues with the property itself, most recently the boiler failing. Our property manager, Carmen, has been prompt to deal with the issues and has kept us updated every step of the way. She is a real credit to the team.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to rent a property. I understand first hand what it's like to have poor property management, with no such experiences here.

Awful agents they don't care about tenants only the landlord, have never had money deducted from Any rental deposit but with a rubbish landlord these clowns allowed him to do it.
Rude, unprofessional and mercenaries in increasing rents every 6months. Unless your the in going tenant and they have pound signs in their eyes and then they have their tongues right up your jacksey.
Bannisters really nice and fair between tenants and landlords but Alexandra/Claire Lloyd awful and will never deal with them again.
And yes as mentioned in other reviews they will give your keys to random to let themselves in unaccompanied.
Do yourself a favour save yourself some money and stress and go to another letting agents and avoid these nasty minimum wage yet still overpaid clowns.

Total ripoff merchants. Tenant contracts only have break clauses included if you insist on one being written in. Hartwells are here purely to work on behalf of the landlords, the hidden charges are disgusting and will be served at you on every turn.
Unprofessional and poor customer service.

If you want to be treated like rubbish and a private bank to be taken advantage of then use Hartwells.

If you have any sense walk away now!
