Had a very positive experience with Barnard and Marcus (especially Daniel and Tim). They were very professional, available and open to listen to all requests. Thanks to this agency we found a flat perfectly fitting our needs. Definitely recommend it
Avoid at all costs for renting - great service from agency but the property management company Sequence Homes are a complete and utter disgrace. Had to chase to get my deposit back, then getting it back was equivalent to a Greek tragedy. They inexplicably have an 11-day process to return deposits. Behaved like a mafia - suggest to use other agencies.
I would highly recommend using next property to let there flat, as there knowledge of the lettings market is excellent, they give a realistic valuation and there fees are reasonable compared to other agents in the area.
Not recommend this agency to anyone. No reply to your emails, no answer to your calls, you have to chase them down to get some details about a property they're marketing. When finally they're answer to your calls they say two words: "is gone" and closes phone. Very, very bad, they don't deserve a star they deserve a minus rating.
It was a pleasure to deal with Hasting International . We found all of the team members were very helpful in Hastings of London specially Lee . We could almost say that Lee is one of the best estate agent in City of London who acted professionally every time we met.
Let me share my experience and what we had to go through! This is absolutely the worst agency ever! Denise McCabe performs her duties breaking the laws!
First of all once we moved in into our new property we received only 1 pair of keys! Agency advised us to make another pair of keys ourselves which took us 3 weeks to make it! We had to get the landlord permission and deal with key supplier companies.
The manages of our property was constantly being changed and we always had to wait for the response.
The worst part is the end of tenancy... a few weeks before our tenancy ending the Hastings international agency changed our deposit protection company to another company WITHOUT giving us any new documentation.
One day before our tenancy ending we had a cleaner to make sure everything is in a good condition. I took pictures for the reference. We paid £90 for a cleaner. After we left the property the agency sent us an email that the flat hasn't been cleaned and mentioned that they will deduct £170 from our deposit for the cleaning of the flat. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
Just because they transferred my deposit to another company I had no control of it. It took us almost 2 months to get the deposit back, of course not in full.
They bridge so many laws of Section 213 of the Housing Act 2004. They failed to provide the details of my deposit protection scheme within 30 days of the payment of my deposit.
They also failed to return the deposit back within 10 working days after the tenancy agreement is over.
This is the worst experience ever, all I want is to sue this company for all stress and challenges created. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IM ABOUT TO DO.
So please be aware of it! This is completely not reliable agency, despite the amount of money they are charging for the agency fees! Ridiculous.
Great working with Charles and the team on the sale of a property. Clear communication and extensive follow ups with all relevant parties to make sure transaction is concluded at the earliest. Very professional. Would recommend

11.8.2018 - Today I have updated my review from 0 to 1 star. This because Knight Frank, after 71 days, finally managed to send a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do :)
Gabriela was really helpful when we were looking for a property. We were only in London for a couple of days she quickly established what we were looking for and showed us a few lovely properties. We are in the process of purchasing one.
Do not rent from Portico. Their fees are extortionate, and for that they provide abysmal service. I moved out of a property over a month ago - I've received no information at all about the return of my deposit, despite repeated emails and calls. Avoid this company.
