These Vultures don't even deserve a 1 star.. We have just had the worst experience with the most unprofessional woman in the Boldon office "Joan". If you are reading this you should never work for an estate agent again. You had our offer in for over 4 weeks and yet you insisted we made a decision in the space of 45 mins. Even after I told you I couldn't make a decision until my wife finished work at 4.30 pm as it was a joint mortgage you relentlessly called me 5 times in the space of 45 minutes insisting I make a decision on the purchase of a house which was in the region of half a million pounds. The only thing I asked you for was to wait for a couple of hours, so that me and my wife could discuss together your suggestion. From the very start your customer service skills were appalling, it even took you 3 days to return a call from our estate agents Goldfinch informing you that we had all of our financial documents in order. We are still waiting for the call which you were suppose to return on Thursday 29th March at 3.15 pm. If anyone is looking for a reliable trustworthy estate agent DO NOT USE Alfred Pallas !!
