Lovely Ladies working there. I was buying a property. You must remember an estate agent is predominately working for the seller. The actual seller was a joiner who i decided to trust ! Hence no survey ! Big mistake. Bathroom floor ,under shower completely rotten through . Mat hiding broken tiles etc. All the tiles had obviously been replaced on numerous occasions .Had to have the floor completely replaced , (to ground level) . Dodgy main roof but not leaking . I just feel the estate agents as a whole should take more responsibility for what they are selling . But that`s not the game . Basically trust no one. Get a survey, get that price down !

Customer service rubbish. Was called to rearrange viewing twice but when it didnt suit myself as i have a newborn baby and the time they wanted to change it to was 7pm..too late, my viewing was cancelled.

These Vultures don't even deserve a 1 star.. We have just had the worst experience with the most unprofessional woman in the Boldon office "Joan". If you are reading this you should never work for an estate agent again. You had our offer in for over 4 weeks and yet you insisted we made a decision in the space of 45 mins.

Even after I told you I couldn't make a decision until my wife finished work at 4.30 pm as it was a joint mortgage you relentlessly called me 5 times in the space of 45 minutes insisting I make a decision on the purchase of a house which was in the region of half a million pounds. The only thing I asked you for was to wait for a couple of hours, so that me and my wife could discuss together your suggestion.

From the very start your customer service skills were appalling, it even took you 3 days to return a call from our estate agents Goldfinch informing you that we had all of our financial documents in order. We are still waiting for the call which you were suppose to return on Thursday 29th March at 3.15 pm.

If anyone is looking for a reliable trustworthy estate agent DO NOT USE Alfred Pallas !!
