About Allan Morris Estate Agents - Wyre Forest

Our Wyre Forest Regional Property Centre handles the sale of all types of property in and around the towns of Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley and all surrounding villages, working from a central hub in the very centre of the area we cover.

The friendly and dedicated sales team is headed by our director, David Jones MNAEA, one of the best known estate agents in the local area with around 30 years experience, having been a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1993. For many years we were the only firm of estate agents to have offices in each of the three towns of Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley, so no-one knows the local area better than us.

Whilst we are a long established firm with traditional values, we are also one of the most progressive and forward thinking estate agencies around, with a keen focus on using the best aspects of modern technology to continuously improve our work practices, enabling us to work faster, smarter and more effectively than ever before.

Allan Morris – Spiteful & Bitter staff with no real desire to help – unprofessional

The first house we viewed we were not proceedable. They actively encouraged us to put in an offer, only to be told 'we were never in the running'. We wrote a letter to them to be told 'tough, that is the way they work!'
The next property we viewed was on Cardinal Drive. We won this bid. We waited a month, our solicitor had heard nothing from the other side. We found out that the couple who owns the property had put it on the market 3 times in 6 years! We pulled out. This was Feb 20.

In May 20 we called about a house on Merganser Way, was told that there were available slots to view this property for Sat, Sun & Mon. He took my details & said “Are you the ones who were buying Cardinal Drive?” Once he knew that yes we were his attitude towards me changed, their was no longer availability to view this house & refused to be helpful to the point of being aggressive & confrontational over the phone.

They are bitter because we did not buy a bungalow with them 3 months ago!!
