I have been dealing with the team at the Great Malvern branch for years now as a tenant and they are always so helpful and professional. They really go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done to a high standard. The service is personal and outstanding, and the communication is great.

We had an outstanding experience with Allan Morris of Malvern with a sale and purchase that completed yesterday. The last property that I sold, I sold through Allan Morris but more specifically, through Kate Gilham. Kate will go above and beyond to make sure that your sale is as stress free as possible. Kate communicates well and explains the process as it proceeds. I do not intend to move again, ever!, but if I did, it would only be with Allan Morris.

After 33 years in our lovely family home it was a difficult decision to move but the Allan Morris team have all been so helpful and we would heartily recommend them. Everyone in the office has been willing to assist and advise and we had great help from Christian taking the photos and drone shots. Especial thanks must go to Vicki T for her empathy, patience and good humour ( and charming video) She always kept us informed and made what seemed a lengthy process easier. Thank you.

Having spent 3 years searching for a house in Herefordshire, it was a delight to buy one through Allan Morris. Richard Ashton was superb - accessible, professional and insightful. He really seemed to try his hardest to negotiate a fair deal between buyer and seller in a tough market, and managed to keep a complex sale moving rapidly. I can't recommend enough.

Thoroughly recommended. Everyone in the office is unfailingly friendly, efficient and professional. Kate and Lee were most involved with my sale and couldn't have been more helpful. They supported me through a very stressful time - everyone in the office definitely goes the extra mile.

As we all know moving is very stressful but thanks to Mary Burford and her team they made the journey as smooth as possible and kept us fully informed at all stages. Stephen Peace was happy to keep reducing the price of our house in order to sell it. Unfortunately, we could not afford for him to do that so we changed agents to one with a more proactive approach.
