Can only agree with other reviews. A truly awful company to deal with, their aftercare is non existent and they are not interested in helping you at all. Once you are in and they have your money they no longer care about you. We have had various problems and hardly any of them have been dealt with. We have ended up having to pay out a lot of money to fix things that should have been sorted by them and we have neighbours who are in exactly the same position. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and because of this I would not recommend them to anyone.... Read more

Shocking service. Lured into buying a house with dozens of problems. Promised great aftercare but this has not been true. Still awaiting issues to be rectified. Other neighbours are also in the same position. Once they have your money they couldn’t care less about you or your house. We will be selling the house as soon as we are able and moving away from this horrid experience. A new home should be a dream come true but it’s been a nightmare. Heartbreaking, stay away from Allanwater homes at all costs please take my advice... Read more
