Having spoke to numerous Estate Agents it soon became clear that when the property is listed on the well known property websites, it soon becomes lost among the others. The featured property heading is very short lived and if there is no interest in the first few days, another property takes your place. However, upon meeting with Craig, my eyes were opened. Craig, the Director of the company has made the choice to place all properties he has for sale under a platinum package. This he explained, ensures that my property is always on the front page and has a better quality listing. Upon viewing the listing I could see what he meant. Craig met with me at a time convenient to myself and offered advice and explained the whole process of listing and selling a property. Craig took the photo's himself to ensure the quality was up to his standards and sent them to me for approval. Floor plans were made and the full advert was approved. Once approved it was listed very promptly. Feedback within the first week has been positive and interested parties are in communication with Craig. I look forward to updating this review once the property sells. I have no doubt Craig will work hard on this as it is his own business, so success works both ways and as far as i am concerned, the decisions he makes will be in both our interests. Very pleased.
