I just wanted to say thank you to both Claire Pays and Johanna Nelson for their assistance in my recent conveyancing work, Claire was from the off, clear, concise and incredibly diligent in setting out the work which would take place, the searches which she then completed in full were some of the most thorough and well-presented i have ever seen, she was really quick at providing them in a timely and orderly fashion. In her absence Johanna was also incredibly helpful and didn't hesitate to contact me when appropriate and ensured all messages were passed on and completed.
