PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Complete time wasters!
Spoke to the male advisor a day after a property was listed and I was one of the first to show interest. I kept being told that “I’d be called for a viewing”. I had to constantly give the same details a week after my initial enquiry. I got told that I would hear back from the advisor but he never got back to me. When I called back he said there was over 100 applicants, despite being one of the first to show interest. Almost two weeks later, I called (again) to request to move my application forward after seeing the online virtual viewing, despite being told “there wasn’t any available”, even though the listing clearly showed “virtual viewing available”. I was promised another call back from Friday. Monday arrives and I called (can you see the pattern) and the was told that “the current owners had a change of heart and have decided they don’t want to rent the property”. A day later (yesterday), the property as been marked as “let agreed”. It’s an insult to my intelligence and I’ve clearly been lied to and wrongly deceived. Honesty goes a long way!
Please do not use this disorganised, untruthful and disorganised company. I’ve clearly dodged a big bullet and I hope anyone who is looking to rent with them in the future dodges the bullet too.

A difficult time to try and sell property but Leaders worked tirelessly to secure the sale. The sale was not straight forward and required considerable effort on Leaders part but they rose to the task. They were friendly and easy to work with, always easy to contact.
Thank you Leaders, especially Eddie the branch manager who led by example throughout the sale.

Please please think twice before renting with leaders Witham.
We went to view a property that had leaks in the ceiling holes in the linoleum and no working shower that they promised would all be fixed before we moved in to which we was left with no working shower leaks and mould issues.
Even though we logged these problems it turns out that they some how couldn’t find the proof when we later moved out (funny huh) the property turned out to be a rickety piece of s*** and the landlord if you can call him that was equally as s*** but leaders still felt it was totally acceptable to let the property out because its all MONEY MONEY MONEY. To add to further problems the woman who lived there before us had fled the property (to their knowledge clearly) and left us with debt collection threats and letters coming from bailiffs! How professional ????. We also had an incident with the estate agents giving our keys out to a worker who we never gave permission to come in with out us being there. Actually don’t think twice think 3 times then run as far away as you can from them what a ridiculous no good estate agents.

If you want to sell your house with Leaders of Witham I would think very carefully.They never have enough staff to man there office and most times on Saturday they are shut

Words can't describe how awful this lot are they only want your money and if you rent they never get back to you when theres a problem and then they slap on a hefty "clean up price" at the end of your tenancy pulling a big sum out of the air trying to claw in every last penny out of you before your gone
