Great estate agents to work with - we had some difficulties with our seller's solicitor holding things up and adding unnecessary delays, which made things more stressful than they needed to be, but Louise was great at pushing things through, communicating with everyone, and ensuring everything completed on time! Really helpful and we very much appreciated her help in getting it all sorted.

good all round in selling a flat for us .... good advertising, positive marketing, provided cool advice when i was being uncool, achieved a quick sale and were helpful throughout ... even periodically visiting the flat when empty to check all was ok pre to completion to save me a 300mile round trip... much appreciated.

Selling my mother's retirement apartment was not straightforward. Covid and the restrictions on the sale imposed by the management company made this a difficult transaction.
However, Simon Lord and his team helped us through the process in a calm, courteous, professional and personal manner, to reach a positive conclusion in the end. I found Simon's advice to be measured and well-considered, Rob was enthusiastic and helpful and Louise was well-organised, with a friendly, reassuring presence. Being local to the property was important to us, and the team's ability to develop good relationships with potential sellers, the management at the retirement development and us was key to making this sale work.

Awful if there was a minus button I would have clicked it.Incompetent beyond belief.Had an offer accepted on a property only to be told a week later they had sold the house to someone else !!! no accountability for there actions.Met with the area manager Mark who showed an honest amount of empathy and was very professional however we were sold down the river and lied to by the Larkhall team avoid at all cost

The team at Larkhall were wonderful from the initial consultation through to the final sale. Simon ensured we were informed at every point during the negotiations. Rebecca did an outstanding job at viewings and was always punctual and professional. We received feedback, advice and support during the sale of our home. We have nothing but praise for Simon Lord who steered us through the highs and lows of selling a house for the first time. The market seemed to swing from one extreme to the other and we might have done the same without his constant support and considerable experience. The team were responsive and between us all we navigated the uneven terrain that is the housing market and ended with a happy conclusion. We must also mention the photographer who was unusually talented and definitely helped create viewings.
