a very plesant experience louese was a professional polite young lady who instantly manged the experience making it an enjoyable one , talking me through the process and explaining all the finance involved and what would happen throught the process , i would recomend the company to anyone thinking of selling there house .

Where can I start.
I moved in to the property in late July and I am STILL chasing repairs which were promised for before the tenancy began - one of them constitutes a H+S trip hazard.
The property was let with NO working smoke alarms/lots of previous tenants belongings and a host of maintenance issues. We have had multiple occasions where contractors have not arrived as promised and I get no response from them or Allen and Harris until I am forced to chase them time and time again. They promise to get back to you with solutions and responses but each and every time the onus is on me to chase them.
From a tenants point of view, we had no choice but to use Allen and Harris for the property we wanted. However, if you are a landlord I WOULD NOT even begin to consider using Allen and Harris as managing agents as you will absolutely not get the service that you pay for. There are multiple lettings agents/management companies in Bath (both chains and indies) who will look after your financial interests far more efficiently so do yourselves a favour and investigate them before you even consider using A&H.

Would give zero if I could. We had lots of issues with the house and the estate agents just ghosted us. To this day, they still owe me money for the keys because they couldn't even manage to get keys cut right (never heard of checking?). I keep asking when it will be returned and Lewis just says "I will get back to you". Special shoutout to Lewis for being particularly useless on this matter and for maintenance issues overall. They left us with broken furniture for a whole year- they kept saying they would send someone to fix it but never did. The house had an awful mould problem- they sent someone over to give quotes to install extractor fan in bathroom but nothing came of that. They tried to milk money out of the deposit but we argued so they backed out (their claims had no merit). Would not recommend. They don't check that houses are suitable to live in, and they don't respond or care if there's an issue with the house. Not responsible, practical, or reliable.

Lewis is one of the nicest property managers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. With a difficult situation which was nobody's fault he managed to let cooler heads prevail. On more than one occasion Glenn has stepped in to help out. Fantastic customer service all-round
