Contacted this agent on two occasions regarding sale of 5 bedroom house in East Ren
Took details and promised to send schedule at time of launch. Didn’t bother.
Rang again to make enquiry. Message left and no call back.
They also arranged an open house viewing on a Saturday morning. Allen and Harris didn't bother to show up. Instead, a neighbour was outside explaining to visitors that the viewings had been cancelled.
Presumably had received a number of offers and didn't have courtesy to reply or relay info to interested parties. Wonder if seller knew there was additional interest - ready to exceed asking price?
No wonder so many estate agents have a certain reputation…

Having moved from London to Oxford recently I registered with several agencies in my search for a new role. I recognised quickly that Allen Associates were a very well established agency who offer a quality recruitment service with many excellent employers on their books. I was soon meeting with potential employers thanks to them. The interviews i attended were positive experiences and feedback was always provided which helped me alot. Allen Associates kept in touch on a regular basis, and the consultants were always very professional; communication, whether via telephone or email, was always carried out with a great deal of care and friendliness. Thanks to them, I have now started in a great position and am settling in well, with many wonderful new colleagues, so I really do recommend them highly.

The team at Allen Associates provided a first class service in helping me find my next career move. I cannot recommend Allen Associates enough for helping me in my recent job search. Their attention to my my skills and personal requirements were excellent, and didn't bombard me with irrelevant jobs like many online recruiters do.
After a thorough interview on sign up, I was given a job spec the next day which met many of the things i was looking for and they communicated interview dates and feedback promptly, never leaving me with the feeling that I had to chase them. Every step of my journey which they could help with, they did.
One my first day in the new role they even sent a card and champagne to the office, which proves their total commitment to making their clients happy!
