Allen & Harris recently sold my first home. From Nick's first visit for the valuation, to the coordination of viewings, through to Kelly's monitoring the progress of the sale, it has all been first rate. Everyone in the office is friendly and supportive.
Nick talked me through his strategy for selling my home, and also understood that it was more than just a building to me. Kelly knew the area well and together (along with Dylan & Halah) they make a formidable team!
With this being my first home I was quite nervous about the process, but the kindness of everyone at Allen & Harris really made it such a painless experience, and I highly recommend them!
Not only to they know their business (and do it well!). but they are thoughtful and communicative. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Recently had a valuation done by Kelly Doherty. Very professional approach and has extensive knowledge of the current market. I received a valuation package via email the next day with all the current information on which will help me going forward. Kelly also arranged an appointment with mortgage advisor Michelle who took me through various options. Great service, I would recommend to anyone.

As first time buyers we had very little understanding of how to go about applying for a mortgage. Our mortgage broker Michelle Pearson was so helpful in cutting through all of the formalities and helping us to decide which mortgage would be best for us.The process of finding the right house was very stressful but the process of choosing and applying for the mortgage and life cover has been so straight forward that, at times, we were worried it was all a bit too smooth! Thank you for guiding us through this so professionally and with real understanding and personality.
