Pains me to give this lot 1 star! I registered with them a year ago. They’ve never contacted me with any potential jobs. I think they’re the type of agency who care about a certain profession/companies/people. Your cv has to be gold for this lot to find you something. There are other agencies in Oxford who are much more efficient, find you jobs and stay in contact. You don’t even get spam emails from this lot, that’s how s**t they are. Other agencies send you emails regarding progression, training, cv & interview tops. This place is overrated!!

I was recommended to Allen Associates about 6 months ago, and was very happy with their service. They kept good communication right from my initial enquiry all the way through to me accepting a job. They listened carefully in our first meeting and sent through lots of jobs that were of interest. I cannot fault them!

Despite have a long career in sales, customer service, bdm and account management etc I got told as well not a fit at the current time and to keep looking myself at their website. Previous experiences of them are good but I think because I have worked in retail and leisure for last two years I'm not good enough for them. Luckily competitors disagree ir perhaps they are more hungry for their commission!

I got in contact with Allen Associates at the start of 2019. I could not fault their services! They sent me relevant job roles having got to know me during a friendly Skype call. Once we found the perfect role, they supported me immensely throughout my two interviews and kept in the loop with all follow ups from the company, even thought there was a 2 month delay! A fantastic end-to-end customer experience and I even received a bottle of champagne to congratulate me on my new job! Thank you AA

I have recently finished my job through Allen Associates and I can’t thank them enough, I was interviewed initially by Hannah who was incredibly kind and funny, it’s a relief to be made comfortable during an interview! Once I left she called me almost instantly to say that she had found a job right up my street and she was right, I started the temp job the following week and my job was fantastic! Thank you Hannah and the rest of the team for just being awesome, hopefully next time I’m back in Oxford I can work with you all again :)

A rare find a recruitment company that proactively acts on your behalf, calls you back when they say they are going to call back and are totally honest and upfront i.e. Helen that position you applied for is a generic request for quality C.V's. Instead of oh that position is now at interview stage and they are no longer taking C.V's (but the position is still on their website 6 months later!!! ) I was impressed with the amount of opportunities sent to me on a daily basis (overwhelming sometimes). I would really recommend working with this company in fact I already have to several people. Thanks Allen Associates!
