One of the owners of this business is a mr Shoaib Hussain he is a convicted car thief who used extreme violence against women using metal baseball bats and dragging them out of the cars this can be checked on the Birmingham mail website he takes your deposit for houses and will not give it back he shouts at and bullies his tenants the odour that comes from his horrendously bad smelling mouth can not be described with words also known for growing cannabis plants at properties and has been fined for tax evasion of hundreds of thousands of pounds he has an office at the back of the building avoid this company at all costs... Avoid Avoid AVoid... Worse letting agent he will charge you the repair but will not carry out the repair. You will not get a phone call back. He is too busy at his HMO but happy to over charge you.... Read more

Please avoid this letting agency as they will not listen your maintenance issue. Like for boiler, gas, toilet issues they will simply say that they have asked maintenance person and you will be waiting for 3-5 days. After every day follow up also nobody will come to fix those. If you are lucky then they will fix it by 3-4 days. For some of the fixes (kitchen issue) i have chased them for one month still it has not been fixed. So please try to avoid them.... Read more
