I have worked with Freddie at Alwyne for 5 years now, we first rented a flat through them and then just sold our current flat in canonbury. Freddie is efficient, always contactable and responsive and has helped us through the selling process by liaising with solicitors and freeholders. Thank you so much Freddie !

I bought my first house through Alwyne Estates. I worked mainly with Freddie who was amazing from start to finish. I was under quite a bit of time pressure but we managed to get it all completed in time. Freddie was very responsive and explained the process very clearly and helped with every step. His other colleagues were also very useful and assisted well when Freddie was on leave. I have never worked with a better agency!

I've just purchased a home via Alwyne Estates. Freddie has been really great throughtout the whole process - from viewing the place, making an offer, getting the solicitors to do their part and organise for the old furniture to be removed from the flat before I received the keys. The communication has been pleasant and relaxed (really appriciate not being chased on the phone 24/7), he was honest and helpful from the very start and made the whole process a smoother.
Would highly recommend Alywne Estates and will definately be in contact for any future property requirements!

Alwyne Estates are superb!
Rightly or wrongly Estate Agents have a reputation that is not usually held in the highest regard. Having done business with various estate agents over the years, and especially with one more recently, they have been a range of unpleasant to horrific experiences.
That was until I had the absolute pleasure of dealing Freddie Grubb at Alwyne Estates. I cannot begin to describe how professional, pleasant and relaxed, yet efficient and accommodating Freddie was. No hard sell, lies or embellishments, he was honest and helpful from the very start and made the whole process a smoother one with a great outcome. I highly recommend Alywne Estates and will actively seek them out for any future property requirements. Thank you.
