Would highly recommend for a positive, personalised service. As our main contact, from the first meeting onwards, Chiedza demonstrated confidence, commitment & dedication-I have had pleasure of using there services for selling a property and also to assist me managing my property lettings portfolio.
She took time to get to know us and what we wanted to achieve. She communicated with us regularly, delivered on every promise and was available at the end of the phone or by message whenever we needed her.
The whole team work hard to deliver a first class service in provision quality photos and property description for marketing, professional accompanied viewings, including weekends/evenings which was convenient a very tailor made services to suit..

A special thank you to Chiedza for her all her help and patience at the beginning of the process. She made me feel quite excited and confident that I was making a good choice and there would be much potential with my house renovation plans. Thank you Helena also for keeping in touch throughout the process of purchasing the house. I was disappointed at the completion stage with the seller having left all their things in the house without a final consultation with myself but Helena was very apologetic and cheered me up a bit reminding me that I had the keys after such a long wait and I can start making it my home. She cheered me up there. God bless you both. Thanks again .

I am very speechless don't know how much to praise them! Finally we are back on our old road in Small Heath! Excellent communication and kept their promise. Bought a house from AM Home Sellers, they were always in contact with me especially when I had issues with my solicitors, my agent and our buyers solicitors. Highly recommended, will defo use these agents in the future. Chiedza and her colleagues are fab!

I recently sold my property through AM Home Sales. I must say it was so refreshing dealing with an estate agent that is so responsive and professional. They were on the case from the start, getting me countless offers within a matter of days and advising me on the best approach to ensure I had the best return.
In particular Chiedza Munro was focussed on progressing matters, amazingly responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this agency. A real gem!
