Fantastic starter and fillet steak main meal, sweet to de for. Staff very attentive but not in your face. Highly recommend this place.

Originally arranged to drop my keys off for the end of tenancy office was closed and no one answered the phones. Wasted all morning checking each hour for when it was open. Someone was in at 11 but seemed confused that I was dropping keys off. BTW the lights were on and sign said they were open.
They have since sent my deposit cheque with my name spelt wrong so can't check it. Again no one answers the phone and the office says its open when its not.
I know Covid may cause disruption but its simple customer service to post new hours or atleast flip your sign to say closed and have a voicemail service activated. Also checked the website which doesn't work.

No gas certificate, no how to rent guide, landlord and agent lies about how long you can love there for, the house is so mouldy also and damp it's not been sorted still 4 months later.

Bad experience with the man at the agency and the landlord. No work gets done to the house that needs be. No help at all, would not recommend to anybody.

James one of two brother that run Amblers Estate Agency locally in Chesterfield's town center.
Here is my personal review on renting from them.
2008-2016
I rented from the building in the picture from them for years, he was very fare and totally professional, any problems where seen to via himself to the owner of the property, he was great and it was a wonderful non complicated agent.

I find it funny how the negative remarks below are from anonymous users.
Ambler's have been massively helpful to me in various aspects of dealing with my property including selling the property, letting tradesmen in, advising on specifications required to sell in the area and finally assisting in the arrangement of a buy to let mortgage on another property. In my experience a good family business!!

I have just sold my house through Amblers and couldn't have wished for a better service. I was given feedback from all viewings and received mortgage advice from their independent mortgage advisor. I have now moved into my new house and would recommend Amblers Estate Agents highly
