We just wanted to say a massive thank you to Amelies Estate Agent for all their help in selling our house. Professional, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Being inexperienced in the whole process of selling and often worrying about various things, Jess was incredibly patient and very swift at contacting us and replying to my panicked emails! An incredible estate agent and if you want the best then go to Amelies. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

We sold our house in Greater Leys through Amelies this summer and could not be happier with the service we received. We met Jess for the first time a few years ago when we were first looking to buy and she stood out as genuinely friendly and helpful amidst a sea of smarmy estate agents from the big chains. We were in no doubt that we wanted her to sell our house when the time came. Very pleased that she achieved a great sale for us and was positive and communicative throughout. Sold my house with Amelies in the summer, could not fault the level of service and help that Jessica offered. She was always very professional, pleasant and helpful. I was often at fever pitch worrying about this that or the other thing and she would quickly respond to my emails and put my mind at rest....until the next time! Also felt great supporting small local business, only met one person and it was therefore very easy to build trusting relationship. I have no hesitation in recommending Amelies Estate Agents.

Easily the pleasantest, and also the most committed customer service I have had from an estate agent. Not only were Daniel and the team upfront, professional and fair throughout my rental period, they continued to help me with a query long after my rental had ended. We’ve always believed that selling a house is totally reliant on having a pro active agent working for you. What exactly does that mean? Someone who gives you an honest realistic valuation - never over inflated to secure the business.
Someone who genuinely takes the time to understand the positives, functionality and nuances of your home. Someone who does all the viewings (not a Saturday girl!) getting to know potential buyers; their hopes desires and budget! Meaning, they can highlight the things they know they’ll love, overcome any objections and negotiate hard on your behalf. Jess proved beyond doubt that her service is exactly as advertised - personal and highly professional.
Once a sale’s secured a pro active agent will continue to overcome queries questions and the inevitable attempt at last minute price reductions - Jess made sure the discussion was open honest and fair, never wavering in pursuing the right outcome for her clients - us the sellers!
