I needed an agency that I could completley trust to handle everything regarding renting my property. This was because I was going to be working at sea for a year and could not easily be contacted. Dan has made the experience a breeze with the Gold service that Amelies offers. As a first time landlord, Dan explained everything that he needed me to set up before I left, I signed the contract and it was plain sailing. The agency has taken care of all the tenants needs and kept me in the loop via email so that when I can connect to the internet, I know what has been going on. I would 100% recommend using Amelies. Extremely thankful.

*I had a very interesting/ challenging case which Jessica & Daniel help me through to process of selling our property. Being overseas (Australia)and selling your property is very hard, finding an agency that you can trust is a nightmare. Thanks to my friend, she recommended Amelies to us. Through the help of video calls, emails, phone calls, some ups & downs that we encounter from the previous letting agency and so on... but because they are well versed in their chosen profession everything went well although it took a long time we did successfully completed the sale of the property in spite of the pandemic.

Daniel was fantastic in helping us find a rental property. Renting sometimes feels like you don't get as much attention as if you were to buy, but Daniel was so helpful, brilliant communication and had detailed knowledge of the property which is sometimes rare when viewing rentals. Would definitely recommend :)

We sold our house in Greater Leys through Amelies this summer and could not be happier with the service we received. We met Jess for the first time a few years ago when we were first looking to buy and she stood out as genuinely friendly and helpful amidst a sea of smarmy estate agents from the big chains. We were in no doubt that we wanted her to sell our house when the time came. Very pleased that she achieved a great sale for us and was positive and communicative throughout.
