It’s a shame to have to share this but I was very disappointed with the service (non-legal) I experienced with this firm. After several calls and emails of enquiries, there was no lawyer available to help and when reception promises a call back, that never happen. I actively called back again and again and only to be told on the 8th day following initial contact that they are unable to assist because the lawyer in question is in courts until the foreseeable future. I am So disappointed - what is the point of running a law firm if they are unavailable to provide basic customer service or timely client service!?... Read more
