Anderson Brown an Clarke company brought the happiness in our family, helping us to buy a home-our first home (first buyers).
Is quite hard when you have no experience, no clue about the process, so so could be easily cheated by anyone. This company showed honesty from beginning and we let them to drive us on this hard way in buying a property first time in our life.
The results was much more than we expected, we have been supported and reassured in all this period and we managed to get what we called for many years- “only a dream”.
I would like to encourage the people to get in touch with this company- and to believe in “dreams can become true “ , in special first buyers.
Less people or less companies are always fair with them customers- but Anderson Brown&Clarke are definitely the company which deserve 5 stars , and they needs to be promoted!
We need good and professional service- feel free and confident to use them service!

After wasting 5 months with a large High street Agent and no success in viewings or offers I asked Kevin from Anderson Brown +Clarke to market the house as they sold another house close by. I was advised to have an open viewing day where all potential buyers come throughout the day. This resulted in 2 offers with one being the successful new owner. Excellent communication and advice throughout.

Really great service selling our house through Anderson, Browne and Clarke. Kevin and his team were fantastic, Kevin used his connections to obtain us a buyer within the first month. We thought it would be a stressful process, but Kevin and his team made it hassle free.

Right from the start KEVIN was absolutely brilliant ! A true gentleman and the absolute best! When we were losing hope of selling our property, he stuck with us and was determined to see it through. After deciding to take the house off the market for a short time, with Kevin’s advice re-marketed it before Christmas. In the first week of January KEVIN had 9 viewings organised for us and it sold straight away! Can’t thank KEVIN enough for his professionalism, help and kindness throughout at what was a difficult time in deciding to sell the home that had been in our family for 60 years! Thank you Kevin!!

What can I say, Kevin from the get go has been amazing!! He eased my mind through this process after dealing with such terrible service from another estate agent and feeling like my property would not sell.
