Aspen Woolf marketed a number of developments by Pinnacle Alliance, claiming they were rock-solid investments and that the developer was of a high standard. After several conversations with AW I was convinced to invest. Part of their sales pitch is that they've done the due diligence to get the best investment deals around. With PA, that's complete rubbish. Hundreds of investors are owed thousands of pounds and developments are unfinished years later. Tried to contact Aspen Woolf twice - no response. I want my £1000 fee back, as I've lost thousands through this investment. They don't even have the decency to respond to emails. All smiles and sales pitch before you buy, but don't want to know about you when things go wrong. Integrity levels are extremely low - be very careful.
Reeds Rains were quick an efficient and felt that Tom Plant went the extra mile to make sure everything went quickly and smoothly.
I purchased a property through this office and whilst the people were friendly the service was very poor. Amongst other things, I had an offer accepted and confirmed in writing which clearly hadn’t been communicated correctly to the vendor and had to be renegotiated. On completion I was handed the keys to the property without any request for identification, despite never having met any of the Reeds Rains staff, as our dealings were via email and phone.

Not impressed at all with this estate agent. We were told in the sales pitch how personal the service would be. Not so. We were also told that the house would sell itself. That was true. The office lacked consistency, were poor at communicating, and out of touch. We would not use blundells again. They had a lot of money from us unfortunately, the service did not match the cost. There are more efficient and competitively priced agents than this one in our experience. Disappointed in the poor performance from this lot.
Rented my property and now sold my property through Your Move at Chapeltown. I cannot fault the service I received throughout the sale. Was always kept informed on the progress of the sale by Vickie, Steph and the rest of the team. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to family and friends
Had a viewing booked for today at 11am which has been booked in since last Saturday. We expressed that we were really interested in the property and on Thursday 18th July noticed it was no longer online. We did not receive a phone call advising that the property had been taken and had to call the office this morning to confirm ourselves. Not very good customer service as if we hadn't noticed I'm sure we would have wasted our time attending the viewing for no one to turn up.
Mortgage Consultant Matt Wood has been super throughout the service. He's friendly, positive, reassuring and very quick to respond to any queries you may have which is very rare these days. I can't thank him enough :-)
Im a buyer. Sent them a request for a viewing 2 days ago and haven't had the courtesy of a reply
